Our Customer Service Policy Carlito's Healthy Way strives to satisfy every customer. In order to provide the best service possible, we require that all meal plan orders be placed by 8:00 AM on the day the plan is to start. Any meal plan orders received after 8:00 AM will begin the following business day or the next earliest day selected (whichever comes first). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will immediately cancel your order and refund the prorated difference for the food that has not been delivered. |
